VIRTUAL CONSULTATION
This is a free consultation where I get to know you and your fitness goals. In this 50 min session we will go through your exercise history, injury history, movement assessment so we can identify your strengths and weaknesses and an overview of how I can design a path for your success. And finally to know if we make a good team to work together on your fitness journey.
1-1 ONLINE SESSION
A virtual session with me where I guide you through a 55 min workout based on your fitness level and ability. The session will be designed based on your needs and goals. Each session starts with a warm-up which comprises of a mobility routine and then going into a workout to get you moving and increase your heart rate and ending with a  stretch or a breathing cool down.
MOBILITY
In this 45 min virtual session I guide you through a full-body mobility routine which is designed based on your range of motion and flexibility. All you need is a yoga mat and a smile.
PAIN MANAGEMENT
This consist of regular 45 min virtual sessions where IÂ help you understand pain science and how movement and mobility can help you live a pain free life.
You don't have to quit moving because of an injury or chronic pain, let me show you how we can work together to make you stronger as well as avoid injuries.
NUTRITION
If you are struggling with understanding nutrition then this is where I can help you simplify your eating habits and nutrition lifestyle. This service includes 30 min virtual session once a week where we talk about your day to day eating habits and where we can make changes to help you feel better and reach your goals. No diet plans just simple and conscious eating that matches your routine.
